
Corinne French is the student services coordinator in UNT’s Division of Student Affairs, where she organizes district involvement with the Eagle Advantage Program, plans on-campus and virtual transition programs for high school juniors and seniors, and facilitates college transition workshops in high schools. She is the advisor for Her Campus UNT and serves on the national board of Empowering Women as Leaders. French, who has more than 10 years of public-school board service, is currently in her second term as board president of Valley View ISD. She also serves on the executive board of the North Texas Area Association of School Boards (NTAASB) and as the Region 11 TASB Director in Austin, where she uses her higher education background to bring a balanced perspective to public-school advocacy.
